Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. We dot charge for return shipping and we do not have any restocking fee.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- For candles, they must not be lit, and the decal must not be removed or replaced.
- You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at inquire@bouquetitaliano.com. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address: 3405 Southeast 17th Place, Cape Coral, Florida 33904, USA. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue promptly and work to make it right.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Candles can be exchanged if they meet the following conditions:
- They have not been lit.
- The decal has not been removed or replaced.
- They are in their original condition and packaging.
If approved, you may exchange the candle for another in our collection. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order for your preferred product once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
