Born and raised in the picturesque town of Sassari, Sardinia, Davide’s story is one of creativity, determination, and a deep connection to his Italian heritage.

His journey began at just 15, working in Sardinian restaurants while attending high school, eventually earning his chef's degree. From managing fine dining establishments in the prestigious Costa Smeralda to gaining global experience in Miami and Florida, Davide cultivated an artistic vision that goes far beyond the kitchen.
